Before he came home and was elected to public office, a young Ken Hechler (author of The Bridge at Remagen) interrogated captured Nazi officers prior to the Nuremberg Trials in 1946. Among his subjects was Hermann Göring, Hitler's second in command and head of the Luftwaffe. Hechler will discuss the experience and his manuscript on the subject, The Enemy Side of the Hill.
